James continues to lead a high-performance team operating across international markets, delivering world-class service to elite athletes.

Marais Schmidt is a former Junior Springbok, having represented South Africa at the 2012 Junior World Cup where the team secured the title. He went on to play professionally for Griquas in the Currie Cup Premier Division, before concluding his career with the Blue Bulls and the University of Pretoria. Now a qualified attorney, Marais brings a unique combination of legal expertise and professional playing experience to rugby player management. As the South African Operations Director at In Touch Sports, Marais plays a key leadership role within the business. He is a highly respected individual in the industry, known for his integrity, professionalism, and ability to deliver at the highest level. With a strong focus on client-first representation, he embodies excellence in sports management and provides valuable insight and strategic guidance to players navigating professional rugby.

Reghard van Dyk is a SA Rugby-accredited agent and one of the most respected figures in South African rugby player management. Kobus Porter is a Johannesburg-based rugby agent and player manager. A former player for Western Province, the Lions, and the University of Johannesburg, Kobus combines firsthand playing experience with a Law degree to deliver exceptional representation. Jordan Cloete is a player manager and commercial specialist, recognised as a rising force in sports management with a strong foundation in marketing, commercial dealings, and athlete branding. He began his career early in the corporate space through his involvement with School rugby with SuperSport Schools, developing a strong commercial understanding of the game from a young age. Later taking his business corporate and successfully exited his business at the age of 21, bringing that entrepreneurial mindset and commercial acumen into the sports industry. Jordan specialises in commercial strategy and brand development, helping athletes maximise both on-field opportunities and off-field earnings. With a legal background from Wits and UNISA, he brings strong structure and professionalism to athlete representation, delivering long-term success as a player manager.

Abigail Botma is the Administration Manager at In Touch Sports South Africa, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing essential support to the team and clients.
